Dale H Brandenburg

Dale passed away April 27th, surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer. He was born December 2, 1953 in Coos Bay, OR to C.W. and Mable Brandenburg. He grew up in Eugene, OR. At 16 the family moved to Wisconsin where he graduated from high school.
He returned to the Portland area where he started driving long haul. Eventually after an accident he went into the new field of computers, and then received his Bachelor of Science in Business Admin. For the past 20 years he had worked for Electric Lightwave, Integra Telecom and Zayo Allstream.
He is survived by his wife Heidi Scheeler-Brandenburg; daughters Sarah Meikle (Jon) of Shelton WA; Brooke Tagliavia (Chelsea) of Vancouver; son Heath (Erika) Portland, OR; granddaughter Tailer Meikle, Olympia, WA; and grandson Payton Johnson, Shelton, WA. And his "fur baby" Bella.
He is preceded in death by his parents and younger brother David Brandenburg. A celebration of his life will be held Friday May 4, 2018, 2:00 p.m. at Orchards United Methodist Church in Vancouver.
