She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness and big heart touched the lives of many. Kim's journey was marked by her dedication to education. After graduating from Springfield High School in 1975, she furthered her studies at Lane Community College and earned an associate's degree from Columbia College. Kim's commitment to learning reflected her hard-working nature and her desire to better herself for the benefit of her family.

A compassionate individual, Kim will be remembered for her unwavering kindness towards others. Her warmth and willingness to listen made her a comforting presence to all who knew her. She exemplified strength and grace, particularly during her battle with cancer, which she faced with courage and resilience until the very end.
