Beloved mother and grandmother, Kimberly Rae Dahl, 59, of Kelso passed away Aug. 8, 2021, at home.
She was born Sept. 28, 1961, in Roseburg, Ore. Kim graduated from R.A. Long High School with the class of 1979, and attended Trend Business College in Seattle.
Kim worked in the dental field for more than 30 years. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and crafts, and loved spending time with family and friends. She especially loved spending time with her five grandsons, and attending their sporting events. Kim was a loving, supportive, kind and strong woman.
She married Michael Dahl June 26, 1982, in Longview. He preceded her in death. Also preceding her were her father, Harold Lockman; her mother, Elsie (James) Denton; and two brothers, Bill and Dave Lockman.
Survivors include a daughter, Danielle Bartlett (Leland) of Sedro-Woolley, Wash.; two sons, Jacob Dahl (Alli) of Vancouver, and Christopher Dahl (Chelsea) of Battle Ground, Wash.; a brother, Gary Lockman (Carol) of Longview; an aunt and uncle, Goldie and Bernie Logsdon of Longview; two sisters-in-law, Georgia Lockman and Sandy Meske; five grandsons; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of Kim’s life is planned for 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 20, at Steele Chapel. Pastor James Conrod will officiate.
