Passionate, independent, authentic, and determined, Linda Ehrig born and raised in San Francisco, CA lived life to the beat of her own drum. Linda’s love and commitment to her family and humanity radiated through her civil rights activism with women empowerment, rally involvement, legislature outreach, constant desire to learn and volunteering and donations to the Humane Society. She had a fire in her spirit for life to fight for what’s right. After marrying the love of her life, George Arthur Ehrig and starting her family, Linda moved to Longview, WA where she built a remarkable life for herself and her family. Serving Fred Meyers as the retail manager of the shoe department, Linda was quickly loved by the community.
Linda’s strength and support of her loved ones was indescribable. She is survived by her three kids, Kim Kelnhofer (Ehrig), Puyallup, WA, Ed Ehrig, San Diego, CA and Stacey Self, Antioch, CA. Her seven grand children, Jakob Kelnhofer, Payton Kelnhofer, Summer Ehrig, James Ehrig, Frank Alfaro, Antone Self and Priscilla Self. And great grandson, Jude Kelnhofer.
